Q. Who is Arise Virtual Solutions?

Q.What is an IBO 

A. An IBO is an independent business owner. An IBO registers its call center on the Arise Technology Platform and hires agents to provide customer support services to big brand companies seeking customer support professionals.

 

Q. Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States to work with Arise?

A. Yes, all individuals seeking to become independent CSP’s have to be citizens and be legal to work in the United States. Please note that Arise does not accept candidates from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

 

Q. Am I paying for a job?

A. No. You are not paying for this job. ​

Q. What type of work will I be doing and what does it involve? 

A. The type of work you will be doing from your virtual home office as a Virtual Home Agent will be to receive and service " inbound" customer 

 

Certification is online and upon completion, you will start taking inbound calls from the comfort of your home. NO cold calling involved! You are guaranteed a position with your chosen client once you have completed certification.  

 

During certification, You will be taught all that you need to know to provide outstanding service. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the client's software and the calls are routed directly to your headset.It works the same as an office job except your home desk will be your private office. You can work 15 hours or over 40 hours per week, you pick & schedule your own hours. (Client's minimum weekly SOW hours suggested to fulfill your contract is 15 hours).

 

Q. How much will I earn? 

A. Most clients will pay you $9-$16 an hour! The amount is up to you, based on the hours you work and the client you choose. All clients require that you work at least 15 hours a week and you can choose to work as many more hours as you would like. 

 

Q. How am I paid & when? 

A. You are paid for your contracted hours by weekly on or around the 15th and the 30th of every month except for February which will be on or around the 15th and 28th of the month via direct deposit. If those dates fall on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid the Friday before.

Remember, as with any business there will always be some initial start-up costs for things like office equipment, your computer, phone lines, internet service, and training.

 

Q. Can I use my laptop to serve Arise clients? 

A. Yes. You can use your laptop for work as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements. Remember, you may not use any wireless connections at any time. Your laptop must be hard-wired to a supported internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.

 

Q. Can my cell phone be used for incoming calls? 

A. No. Arise will not support cell phones due to security reasons.

 

Q.. Will I need to take a drug test? 

A. Yes.  You will need to pass a drug test and have a clean criminal record with no convictions.

 

Q. What will I need? 

A. A designated space/office in your home, a computer with internet service, and a working home phone. You will also have to pass a background check and drug test.
